It was a challenge to create a digital product focused on the search of a new talents, diversity and inclusion for all. I created a new Landing Page Design for brand Mercado Livre with focus on recruitment and people selection, I using conversion data and heat map with Hot Jar in order to generate insights and better design and results for my client Randstad Sourceright.
